Cucumber Chutney
Ingredients

Cucumber 1
Green chilies 5-6
Turmeric 1/2 spoon
Tamarind 1 spoon
Chick peas 1 cup
Coconut 1 cup
Asafoetida Powder 1/4 spoon
Oil 1tbl spoon
Mustard seeds 1 t/s
Buttermilk -1/4 cup (Optional)

Method :

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, and keep that in a container.
Heat oil and fry chilies for 2 minutes and remove it,
Put coconut, turmeric, chickpeas, tamarind, Asafoetida powder and fried chilies in a mixer and grind into paste,
Put these paste inside the container ,
Heat oil and put muster seeds and chilies and put these inside the container,
Mix it well and add buttermilk to it , ( if you want)
You can eat this with Rice, chapati etc.
You can also Boil these cucumber in the cooker.
