Crepes Suzette
Ingredients :

Zest of 2 oranges
100g butter
60g sugar
1 tablespoon rum
8 pancakes

​

Method :


Grate orange zest.
Melt butter, add zest, sugar and rum.
Spread mixture over each pancake, fold in two and heat through before serving.

Advice :
Fresh pancakes are best for this dessert, but you can also buy them ready-made if you are pushed for time.
Great with cider or mulled wine!
