Selyodka Pod Ukropnym Sousom
Ingredient :

1 ea Herring boned & skinned
- cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1/2 c Olive oil
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Dried dill chopped
- or -
2 tb Dill fresh & chopped fine

​

Method :

​

Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture over it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
