Ingredients

Coconut - 4 cups
Jaggery - 4cups
Cardomom - 2
Ghee - 8 tsp

To make the outer dough
Wheat Flour - 2 cups

Mix them well with 11/2 cup of water and knead it well with 1 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt and then keep them aside for about 15 minutes.

Method :

Mix the stuffing ingredients together and then cook it with the ghee
until the ghee seperates from the stuffing.
Then roll the dough made and keep 1 tsp of stuffing and then close the dough to cover the stuffing and deep fry them.
