Paalak Masala Recipe
Ingredients

Spinach(Paalak/Cheera) - 1 bunch
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Garlic pods - 2 nos
Green chillies - 2 nos
Chilly powder - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

For seasoning:
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Thymol seeds(Vaum/Ajwain)

Preparation Method
​
1)Wash and cook spinach in water.
2)Grind it along with grated coconut, green chillies and garlic.
3)Pour it in a skillet and heat till it starts boiling.
4)Add salt and chilly powder along with water to make it semi-liquid paste. Boil for few minutes.
5)Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and thymol seeds.
6)Pour it over the prepared gravy.
:- Serve hot with chapathis, parathas or plain rice.
