Cod Fish Chowder
Ingredients :

450 g (1 lb.) Cod Fish
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Butter
1/3 diced Onion
500 ml (2 c.) cooked Potatoes, diced
750 ml (3 c.) Water
10 ml (2 tsp.) Salt
250 ml (1 c.) Evaporated Milk
dash of Sugar
dash of Pepper

Method :

Combine butter, onions, potatoes, water, salt, sugar, and pepper. Boil gently for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, add fish and simmer gently until cooked, about 10 minutes. Add milk and heat slowly, but do not boil.
