Coconut Chutney
Ingredients

Coconut 2 cups
Chick peas 1/2 cup
Tamarind 2 t/s
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Green or red chilies 2 or 3
Ginger small piece
Muster seeds 1 t/s
Urad dal 1 t/s
Oil 3 to 4 t/s
Asafetida Powder a pinch
Salt to taste

Method :

Grind coconut( grated) , chick peas, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind juice Green or red chilies in to paste.
Heat oil and put muster seeds ,
When it splits put urad dal , and asafoetida powder to it,
Put these seasoning into the paste,
Add salt and mix it well.
You can eat with idli and dosa.
(For chana chutney instead of coconut use more chick peas )
