Wheat flour 2 cups
Methy Leaves or spinach leaves a bunch
Buttermilk 2 t/s
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Take wheat flour in a container and
Add, mint or spinach leaves, buttermilk , 4 t/s of oil, and salt,
Mix it well with the help of water ,
Dough should be medium tough, do not add more water,
Knead the dough properly until it becomes medium soft,
keep aside for 10 minutes,
Divide the dough into small balls, and roll them into round shape (Like Parathas)
Grease the thava or pan with ghee or oil and place chapati over it,
When done one side turn and apply ghee on other side,
It should be golden brown in color when you remove,
Serve it with Chutney, chole, chutney powder , butter or any curry,


If you are going for a tour , you can make this and eat this at the time of traveling,
You can keep this for 2-3 days.
