​Bread and Butter Pudding
Ingredients

6 slices of bread, buttered and cut in half diagonally
75g (3oz) mixed dried fruit
450ml (¾ pt) milk
3 eggs
25g (1oz) caster sugar
3ml (½ tsp) nutmeg

Method :

Arrange the bread and fruit in prepared dish. Warm the milk for 3minutes on 80% microwave power but not allow to boil. Beat the eggs and sugar together with the milk and stirr it well. Pour the mixture over the bread, sprinkle with nutmeg and leave it for 15 min. cook on combi(C-HI) to 20-25 min at 180c or until set and browned.
