Bengali Fish in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
​
* 2 tbs ps whole grain mustard
* 1 tsp turmeric powder
* ½ tsp chilli powder
* salt
* 2 tbs ps sunflower oil
* 8 fillets cod or similar firm white fish
​
Method:
​
1. Preheat oven to 190 C , Gas 5.
2. Combine the mustard, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and oil. Smear the paste over the fish and place on a greased baking tray.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until just cooked through.
4. Serve hot with rice and a sweet and sour pickle.
