Bengal Gram Payasam
Ingredients
​
Bengal gram- 1 cup, coconut milk- 1/2 cup, crated jaggery- 1 cup, milk- 3 cups
Method:
​
Soak the bengal gram for 2 hours,add coconut milk to the bengal gram and grind it.
Add a cup of water to the jaggery,heat it in a pan with constant stirring until the jaggery melts.then add the ground mixture,stir it ,until it becomes a paste.Now add the milk,stir it and allow it to boil for few minutes.
