​Bele Kosambari Recipe
Ingredients
​
Green gram(Cheruparippu) - 3/4 cup
Green Chillies - 3 nos
Freshly grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - As reqd
Salt - As reqd
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
For seasoning:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - A few
Asafoetida(Kayam) - A pinch

Method :
​
1)Soak green gram dal in water for one hour and drain water.
2)Add grated coconut, finely cut chillies and coriander leaves.
3)Sprinkle salt and lemon juice.
4)Heat oil in a pan.
5)Add the seasoning ingredients.
6)Pour it over the prepared kosambari.
