Ingredients

*Maida (refined wheat flour) - 250 gms
*Oil - 2 tbsp
*Oil for frying

For masala paste:

* Mung dal (green gram lentil)- 50 gm
* Salt - 1 tsp
*Green onion - 2
*Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
*Green chilly - 2
*Garam masala - 1/2tsp
*Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
*Ginger - 1" piece
*Coriander leaves (finely chopped) for flavor


Method :

Grind all the ingredients together to make the masala paste. Put 2 tbsp. of oil in maida, add the masala paste and make a dough adding water, if required. Now make 20-25 balls of equal size and flatten it to puris. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
