Bbq caribou ribs
Ingredients :

* 3 pounds caribour ribs, cut in pieces
* 1 cup catsup
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 pound salt pork, diced
* 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method :

Brown ribs in salt pork. Place in casserole and cover with barbecue sauce. Bake at 325o for 2 1/2 hours. Baste sauce over ribs frequently. Delicious served with rice.
