Basic Bread Dough
Ingredients :

50 g fresh yeast (25g if dry)
300 ml water
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
ca ½ kg white flour

​

Method:

​

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add salt and oil. Blend in the flour a little at a time, until a suitable consistency. Knead the dough well and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
