Ingredients :

1 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef cut into 1-inch strips (3 cups)
6 x hamburger buns split

Zesty barbecue sauce :
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbl white vinegar
2 tbl chopped onion
1 tbl worcestershire sauce
2 tsp packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 x clove garlic finely chopped

Method :

* 1. Make Zesty Barbecue Sauce.
* 2. Stir beef into sauce. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until beef is hot. Fill buns with beef mixture.
* Zesty Barbecue Sauce: Heat all ingredients to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
* Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
