Ingredients

1 cup rose water
500 gms sugar
300 gms mava (khoya)
500 gms blanched and grated almonds
250 gms ghee
10 cardamoms powdered
1/2 nutmeg powdered

​

Method :

​

1. Bring rose water and sugar to a boil.
2. Take it off the fire
3. Mix in the mava so that the consistency is smooth.
4. Add almonds and ghee.
5. Cook on a slow fire stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the almond mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
6. Mix in the cardamoms and nutmeg powder.
7. Apply ghee to a thali, spread the mixture on it.
8. Cool and cut into squares.
