Apricots With Ice Cream
Ingredients :

1 can apricots
10 macaroon
25 ml port or sherry
1 l ice cream
100 ml whipping cream

​

Method :

​

Crush the macaroons lightly and place in a bowl. Drain the apricots and place on top of the macaroons. Pour over the port or sherry, spread over the ice cream and decorate with the whipped cream.
