Ann Summer Flank Steak
Ingredients :

1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup canola oil
2 tbl sesame oil
3 tbl brown sugar
6 x green onions sliced thin, including some of the green
5 x cloves garlic minced
1 tbl fresh ginger minced
1/2 x lemon juiced
1 1/3 lb flank steak

​

Method :

* 1. Mix all ingredients except steak in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl.
* 2. Score flank steak across the grain in diamonds. Turn over and duplicate procedure, making sure not to cut through steak.
* 3. Place steak in a resealable plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate overnight.
* 4. Remove steak from marinade. Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
