Anise Cookies
Ingredients :

6 x Eggs
1 cup sugar (caster)
1 cup flour, plain
3 tsp Anise seed

Method :
​
* Separate eggs.
* Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
* Beat egg whites until stiff and combine the two mixtures.
* Gradually beat in the sugar, mix lightly.
* Sift the flour and add; then stir in the anise seed. -Drop from the tip of a teaspoon, about 3cm apart, on a greased cookie sheet.
* Put pans into freezer for 2 hours.
* Bake at 300 F for 12 minutes.
