Ingredients :

250 gm Almonds
250 gm Powder sugar
1 x Egg
1 ts Sugared lemonzest

Method :

​

Peel the almonds. Dry them and grind them (not too finely) together with the sugar, egg and lemonzest. Leave in a cool place for at least a few days to 'ripen'.
