Chana Dal 2 cups
Onion Chopped 1
Green chilies 5-6
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Ginger piece
Oil 1/4 litter
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Rinse chana dal for 2-3 hours
And grind (Semi paste)
Add all the ingredients to the above ground mixture,
Heat oil ,and Pour a spoon of the mixture and fry till reddish,
You can eat this with Chutney, rice or as a evening snack.
