5 Layer Chicken Salad
Ingredients

1 Head lettuce; coarsely chopped
1 Cup peas, frozen
1 Bag mixed vegetables, frozen
1/2 Pound chicken, skinless
-light meat; cooked, strips
1 Cup mayonnaise, imitation no cholesterol

​

Method :

​

In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following
Ingredients lettuce; frozen
peas; frozen vegetables; sliced chicken strips; mayonnaise. Cover, chill
for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve.
